IRMA Records sells 50% of their catalogue’s publishing rights

It's news time for the investors of the IRMA Records Publishing Catalogue, our first-ever listed catalogue on ANote Music since August 31, 2020. Music Market S.r.l. (the rights holder) has recently sold 50% of their catalogue’s publishing share to an external independent publisher.

As a result, in agreement with the rights holder, the original percentage of the catalogue’s royalty interests offered on the ANote Music marketplace moves from 10% of their initial 100% publishing share to 20% of the resulting 50% publishing share of their music catalogue.

No additional royalty interests have been introduced as part of this adjustment, and finally, the overall percentage of royalty interest available on the ANote Music marketplace remains unchanged.
