Beyoncé breaks the record for most Grammy awards won
Slightly over one month has passed since the Cadillac Records Soundtrack Catalogue was successfully listed on the ANote Music marketplace and investors can already celebrate fantastic news, coming from one of the catalogue’s main protagonists.
During the Grammy 2023 awards ceremony, held yesterday night in Los Angeles, Beyoncé officially broke the record as most awarded artist in Grammy history, with a total of 32 won Grammy awards. Following the release of her last album Renaissance, the singer took home four awards during this year’s ceremony, in the categories Best R&B song, Best Dance/Electronic Recording, Best Dance/Electronic Album and Best Traditional R&B Performance.
The previous record was held by the Hungarian-British conductor George Solti, whose record of 31 Grammys stood for more than 20 years.
This is interesting news for investors in the Cadillac Records Soundtrack catalogue, as this new record confirms her importance in the music scene and might lead to an increase in the overall consumption of her music. Listeners can explore other Beyoncé songs, besides those that she won these Grammys for and the Cadillac Records Soundtrack catalogue includes five songs performed by Beyoncé: At Last, I’d rather go blind, All I Could Do Was Cry, Trust in Me, Once In A Lifetime.
